As promised, here's my photos from yesterday... No breakfast or lunch photos, but here's the curry I had for dinner. Potatoes, edamame, carrots, onion and chicken!
For a vitamin C boost and a yummy snack, half a big Ruby Red grapefruit. So lucky I live in TX where we get these beauties from the valley. They are sweet and HUGE. I usually peel the pith off and just eat the juicy fruit.
