Four Day Work Week

Here's a run-down of what I've been doing and eating...

Monday Lunch:
Two rice balls with furikake, teriyaki chicken and tofu, broccoli, cucumber, fruit.

Monday Dinner:
Cheese, turkey meat and crackers before class...

Tuesday breakfast:
Bluberry bagel toasted with butter, yogurt, fruit salad...

Tuesday lunch:
Whole-wheat pita with turkey, cheese, hummus, spinach and tomatoes, with snow peas, an orange, and sour gummi bears.

Tuesday Dinner:
Thai fried rice with chicken...

Today is Wednesday, but it's more like Thursday!
