Winding down

Today was good. Work was quiet, and I didn't have class tonight, which is awesome!

I was also well-rested; my nightguard did great!

Breakfast:


Oatmeal with yogurt, peanut butter and granola, with cantaloupe and a strawberry.

Snack: apple

Lunch: whole-wheat with turkey, Muenster and spinach, baby carrots, fruit and Fun Dip!




Dinner: salmon roasted with sesame oil, soy sauce with rice with some edamame and roasted asparagus.




Dessert: parfait of yogurt, peanut butter and cereal
