Along with that lasagna, I had some salad with Italian dressing and a tangelo.

Lasagna Lunch
Today has been nice and slow, due to the holiday. I love it! Lunch was warm and filling.
There it is in the bowl! Lots of tomatoes and spinach. But some of spinach didn't get totally washed, so there's a bit of grit. :(
Along with that lasagna, I had some salad with Italian dressing and a tangelo.
That's my orange water bottle, refilled! I've had a good 4 C already, and since lunch, I've had another 12 oz, so I'm up to 5.5 C now. Yay!
