Tonight, I started working on Christmas Day dessert! I whipped up a batch of oatmeal-cranberry cookies. They're Kendall's favorite, and my recipe bakes A LOT, so I chose these to start with.
They turned out great! I made them smaller so you can sample more goodies and not have the guilt.
And then I went to work on cranberry-walnut bark. I've never made bark, and this was easy and fun. Tomorrow will be chocolate-chip cookies, banana bread and then some cornbread. Almost ready!
